As the official arts organization for both the City of Fairbanks and the Fairbanks North Star Borough, we take our responsibility to craft community to heart.
In all that Fairbanks Arts works on and toward, we are dedicated to our mission of promoting the arts in Interior Alaska – we truly believe that the arts are a crucial facet of community health. We work with artists, businesses, affiliate members, and community members like you to foster a vibrant arts community.

Membership
As a 501(c)(3) local arts council, Fairbanks Arts Association is your community arts organization. When you become a Fairbanks Arts Member, you help make visual, literary, and performing arts programs possible for multigenerational audiences. You help bring excellent arts experiences to Fairbanks North Star Borough District students. You support artists, arts organizations, and arts participants. When you’re part of the F.A.M., you are an active participant in creating more vibrant, connected Interior Alaskan communities in and through the arts.
Volunteer
Fairbanks Arts Association has provided Interior AK with quality arts programs since 1966, and we can’t do it without you! Volunteering with Fairbanks Arts is a great way to connect with the artistic community and to learn more about opportunities for artists and audiences in every discipline.
