Fairbanks Arts Association believes that the arts are a crucial facet of community health and seeks to enhance lives by offering accessible, multi-generational arts experiences. We work with artists, businesses, and affiliate members to foster a vibrant arts community where Alaskans can be proud to live, work, and create.
When you donate to Fairbanks Arts, you actively support a healthier, more connected community in and through the arts.
Your donations support:
- Ongoing operations, including a team of dedicated individuals who make our programs and events happen!
- Celebratory events that center the arts and community, bringing together participants of all ages and backgrounds.
- Monthly exhibitions in the Bear Gallery, enjoyed by locals and visitors from around the world.
- Arts Education programs for K-12 grade students throughout our district.
- Free community gatherings such as literary readings, performances, artist talks, and more.
- Avenues for artists at all levels of experience to connect with audiences.

Regarding fees: Fairbanks Arts uses a free platform where donors can optionally cover processing fees or leave a ‘tip’ to keep the platform free for nonprofits. To avoid these, simply click ‘edit’ next to the processing fee or choose ‘custom’ in the tip section and leave it blank!

Donate in person: You can stop into the Bear Gallery on the third floor of the Alaska Centennial Center for the Arts to make an in-person donation between Monday-Saturday, Noon-6 p.m., located in Pioneer Park at 2300 Airport Way, Fairbanks, AK 99701.
Other ways you can support your community arts organization
Pick.Click.Give
Pick.Click.Give. allows Alaskans to donate a portion of their Permanent Fund Dividend to causes they care about statewide.
Pledges can be added at pfd.alaska.gov during PFD filing season.
While applying for the PFD online, Alaskans can choose to Pick.Click.Give. in increments of $25. All donations are tax deductible and donors will receive tax documentation from the State once their donations have been processed. Permanent Fund Dividend applications are available from January 1 to March 31, though Alaskans may choose to add or adjust their pledges online through August 31.
The program is run by The Alaska Community Foundation in partnership with the Rasmuson Foundation, The Foraker Group, and the State of Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend Division.

Endowment Fund
Support our effort to grow an endowment fund for the sustainable support of Fairbanks Arts into the future. Fairbanks Arts Association’s agency endowment fund is held with the Alaska Community Foundation. You can make a direct contribution to the fund by clicking here

Fred Meyer Community Rewards
Did you know you can connect your Rewards card to Fairbanks Arts Association to fundraise for your community arts organization?
The Fred Meyer Community Rewards program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your Card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Fred Meyer and use your Rewards card. Here’s how it works:
1. Create a digital account.
A digital account is needed to participate in Fred Meyer Community Rewards. If you already have a digital account, simply link your Shopper’s Card to your account so that all transactions apply to your chosen organization.
2. Link your Card to an organization.
Selecting the organization you wish to support is as simple as updating the Fred Meyer Community Rewards selection on your digital account.
1. Sign in to your digital account.
2. Search for your organization here.
3. Enter the organization name or NPO number to support Fairbanks Arts Association (NPO #: DM959)
4. Select Fairbanks Arts Association from the list and click “Save”.
Your selected organization will also be displayed in the Fred Meyer Community Rewards section of your account. If you need to review or revisit your organization, you can always do so under your Account details.
3. Fairbanks Arts earns, thanks to you!
Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program at no added cost to you. Fred Meyer donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Fred Meyer Community Rewards organizations.

Donation of Office or Staff Support Supplies
As a resourceful organization, we also appreciate contributions of office supplies that are new and in good working order to support our administrative needs. These include new items such as:
- Post-its
- Tape
- Printer paper
- Cardstock of all colors
- Paperclips
- Writing Utensils
- 3-ring binders
We are also very appreciative of donations of gift cards to Fred Meyer or Office Max to support purchasing necessary office items.
