Gail’s connection to Fairbanks Arts is strong and dates back to her first steps as a visual artist, creating paintings, silk screen prints and relief prints. Her first piece of art was selected for a juried show in our Bear Gallery and she even sold her first painting there. As a result, Gail says, she was drawn to becoming a Fairbanks Arts insider to give back and to do what she can to make sure our community continues to benefit from our programs and opportunities.

Gary is the performing artist on our Board. As an avid guitarist, he adds a performing arts perspective to Fairbanks Arts’ programming and events. If Gary could invent a holiday, it would involve donuts, coffee and warm, sandy beaches. Sounds pretty great to us.
