Fairbanks Arts is a non-governmental 501(c)(3) with a mission to promote excellence in contemporary and traditional arts in Alaska’s Interior. Fairbanks Arts was the first arts council in the state (originally incorporated as Alaska Association for the Arts) and is the official arts organization for both the Fairbanks North Star Borough and the City of Fairbanks. Fairbanks Arts provides service, information, and support to local artists, organizations, and audiences as well as programming in performing arts, literary arts, visual arts, and arts education.
